Before starting my own law office, I have spent my career in law enforcement. I started as a police officer in Omaha, Nebraska, then went to Creighton Law School. After law school I have been a prosecuting attorney, first hired at the Sarpy County Attorney's for 5 years, Nebraska Attorney General's Office for 14 years, and 4 years at the Lancaster County Attorney Office. I have prosecuted cases from speeding to first degree murder.
Divorce
I have the courtroom experience to handle divorces, child custody and support, and division of assets and debts.
Personal Injury
Experience working with insurance companies improves the likelihood of getting a fair settlement. I spent years making claims against insurance companies, and if the insurer refuses to make a fair settlement offer, I have the experience to be successful in court or meditation.

Greg Ariza was born in Omaha and graduated from Westside High School. Then attended the University of Nebraska and enlisted in the Nebraska Army National Guard. After college, I was a police officer for the City of Omaha for six years before leaving to attend Creighton Law School. Hobbies include weightlifting, martial arts, and reading the Great Books of the Western World.
